• Act as a member of the Owner\'s representative team that:- 1- Prepares reports, records and correspondence on the full range of construction project activities and/or issues in order to ensure that project business is communicated effectively and management has sufficient information to support decision making in upper management. 2- Oversees the on-site construction works in order to document, communicate and monitor the adherence to quality assurance standards and takes corrective action as appropriate.
• Managing the clients\' Modification requests through pricing and oversee its implementations at the site and give the professional advice.
• Management handover process, through the receiving of the units from the contractor and determine the notes on the implementation and determine the final delivery to the customer.
• Receiving customer complaints on the implementation of on-site supervision and overcome them at the site.
