Provide consultancy professional services in Openshift and Devops projects.

- Support of 'ActiveLogic' Deep Packet Inspection portfolio in its different deployment forms as: bare-metal appliance, VM based on KVM or ESXi hypervisors, or a containerized network function (CNF) on AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service or on Openshift clusters.

- Support of 'Insights Data Storage' database solution and its deployment as a docker container in a docker swarm cluster.

- Support All activities related to Tanzu kubernetes Grid service, Tanzu kubernetes Grid Multicloud (TKGm) and
Tanzu Mission Control (TMC) and their integration with:

1. Other VMware products: AVI, NSX-T, vSAN..

2. Open source software (OSS) like: private container registry (Harbor), monitoring system (Prometheus), multus container network interface..

- Support of Lifecycle of Guest kubernetes clusters (based on ClusterAPI), the health of ETCD database and other control node components, the creation and health of all system or user kubernetes resources on worker nodes.

- Support of VMware's container storage interface (CSI) and the creation of persistent volumes (PV) on VMware from all kubernetes solutions.

- Provide support to customers, using VMware vSphere product, in isolating, diagnosing, reproducing and fixing technical issues in a timely manner. Focusing on issues related to vCenter server, ESXi hosts and vSAN.
- Troubleshoot all vSAN related activities and configurations.

- Support all storage related activities on vCenter/ESXi hosts, including Fiber channel, NFS and iSCSI protocols.
- Support all activities related to virtual disks/VMs.

- Deliver remote software support for IBM AIX
customers worldwide during US off-shift hours.
- Handle and manage customer problem
records related to different AIX OS components: Hardware Management Console (HMC) for Power machines, AIX TCP/IP
connectivity, (virtual I/O server) management.

I was a member of a project-based team and I did many roles as: BSS planning and operations, LTE commissioning, LTE support on the following projects:
