• Spearheaded the replacement of SEAL Oil pneumatic transmitters with electronic transmitters (GE Frame 5 – Mark VIe), including transmitter loop commissioning and PID controller tuning, resulting in enhanced operational efficiency.
• Led the upgrade of Gas Plant II Unit Control Panels (UCPs) by transitioning from Modicon 800 to CLX PLCs, including signal analysis, control system design, and procurement preparation.
• Configured and programmed Allen Bradley ControlLogix 5000 redundancy controllers for PEC & RGC Header Control Panels, utilizing advanced logic and HMI applications to improve control system reliability.
• Supervised the installation and commissioning of Fire and Gas systems in GE Mark VIe panels, including ladder logic programming, HMI design, and successful integration during major overhauls.
• Directed upgrades to Vapor Recovery Compressor control panels by converting Uticor Protector 4000 ladder diagrams to Modicon PLCs, ensuring system modernization and operational accuracy.
