As a Technical Lead, I am responsible for developing and delivering mission-critical software implementations across various platforms. My role involves leading and mentoring a team of developers and QC engineers, coordinating with product owners to plan and prioritize backlogs, and conducting agile sprint meetings.

• Worked during PI planning with product owners, project managers and other engineers to refine and review projects' requirements and provide estimates and timelines for projects' completion dates.
• Worked with cross functional team to design and develop new features in distributed system to meet requirements specification.
• Revamped legacy systems to new modern distributed platform built on top of .NET and NServiceBus and increased registrations success rate from 60% to over 95% which significantly reduced incidents and support time for our customers.

• Led cross functional team of 5 developers and testers to deliver several projects.
• Reviewed requirements provided estimates and designed new solutions to meet customer's needs.
• Revamped legacy solutions to distributed system built using .NET and NServiceBus to fix scalability and availability issues.
• Provided mentorship for junior and mid-level engineers, developed career progression plans and followed up on progress.
• Led initiative to use trunk-based development and improve ci/cd pipelines to increase frequency of deployments from once every 2-3 months to weekly.
• Worked with other team leads to enhance overall software development process in organization.

• Reviewed project specifications and designed software solutions that met or exceeded customer's expectations.
• Worked with software development and testing team members to design and develop robust solutions to meet client requirements for functionality, scalability, and performance.
