My Role Description:

• Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of NetSuite ERP, working closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, map processes, and design customized solutions.
• Business Process Optimization: Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance financial, supply chain, procurement, inventory, and sales processes, ensuring alignment with NetSuite functionality.
• Configuration & Customization: Configure NetSuite to meet business needs, including customizing workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, and saved searches.
• Project Leadership: Lead project teams, establish project timelines, manage resources, and ensure successful, on-time delivery of NetSuite implementations and enhancements.
• Training & Support: Provide training to end-users, develop training materials, and offer ongoing support to ensure users maximize the value of NetSuite.
• Change Management: Guide the organization through change management processes, driving adoption and efficient use of NetSuite.
  System Upgrades & Maintenance: Stay updated on NetSuite’s latest releases, evaluating and implementing new features to improve system performance and meet evolving business needs.

My Role Desription:

• Project Leadership: Oversee the successful delivery of multiple NetSuite projects, from initial scoping through deployment and user adoption. Define and track project milestones, resources, and schedules to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction with the delivered solutions.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of NetSuite consultants and technical specialists, fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and refine delivery methodologies, improve project management frameworks, and set standards to increase team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively address project issues and work with clients to resolve any challenges that may arise.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to maximize project success, client satisfaction, and team performance.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards, client requirements, and best practices for NetSuite implementations.
• Change Management & User Adoption: Develop and execute change management strategies to maximize user adoption and ensure clients achieve the full potential of the NetSuite platform.

• System Enhancements & Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and efficiency, collaborating with stakeholders to design, test, and implement system enhancements, including customizations and automations.
• User Support & Training: Provide hands-on support and training for end-users, addressing system issues, and creating training materials to ensure effective and efficient system use.
• Project Management: Oversee NetSuite projects, including upgrades, integrations, and new module implementations. Develop project timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within NetSuite by managing data imports/exports, mass updates, and regularly performing audits.
• Integration Management: Oversee and support integrations between NetSuite and other business applications, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Vendor & License Management: Work with Oracle NetSuite representatives and third-party vendors to manage licenses, contracts, and relationships, ensuring the organization’s needs are met.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and customizations to support audit requirements and enhance team knowledge.
