My hospitality journey at Four Seasons San Stefano began in July 2007, where I joined the pre-opening team as a Valet Parking Attendant. Through dedication, professionalism, and a passion for guest service, I advanced to Guest Service Agent in 2010, then to Doorman in 2017, and currently serve as Guest Service Shift Leader since 2021. Over the years, I’ve earned numerous letters of appreciation and “WOW” recognitions from guests, reflecting my commitment to delivering exceptional service. From 2014 to 2020, I was honored to serve as a Designated Trainer, helping onboard and develop new team members to uphold the Four Seasons standard of excellence. My contributions were formally recognized with the Employee of the Month award in January 2016, followed by the prestigious Employee of the Year title later that same year. This progression reflects not only my growth within the organization but also my unwavering dedication to creating unforgettable guest experiences.
