Summary

Over 25 years of experience in microfinance, SMEs, and the development of small and emerging businesses, starting in [year missing]. He began his career in the legal operations department of the Sharqia Businessmen Association, progressing to the position of department head. He then worked at the Credit Risk Guarantee Company (CGC).

Field experience in market research and branch openings from North Sinai to Aswan Governorate with partner organizations.

- He has served as a consultant and expert in microfinance and SMEs for more than 18 financial institutions and civil society organizations working in this field, through his work at the Credit Risk Guarantee Company.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the development of the program's annual work plan with the participation of all jurisdictions and discuss it with the administrator-to present it to the Board of Directors of the company.

2. Oversee the development of financial and operational plans for existing service units under contract and the monitoring of their implementation in cooperation with trainers.

3. Design and preparation of training programs (basic training-micro funding management-planning-commercialization-internal monitoring-institutional evaluation-development of the Guide to the regulations.) Governance and decision-making-operational risk-training of trainers-the application of best practices in micro-finance-money management.

4. Participate in the development of the strategic Plan for the development of the company as a whole in cooperation with the Office (EY Ernst & Young)

5. Prepare the research plan and annual surveys on the new targeted areas for the operation.

-6-preparation of the current product development plan, the regulations and policies of the lending and business systems.

undertakings and conditions provided by project owners and others of
documents relating to loan cases and propose development and adjustment in
line with the objective of ensuring timely payment.

the amendments to the existing laws and to identify the repercussions of the

  • The “Enjez” program aims to expand opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), whether or not they are currently banked, through its new “Enjez” initiative. “Daman Egypt” seeks to support the growth and development of SMEs, enhance their financial prosperity, and create job opportunities across all sectors (as defined by the Central Bank of Egypt) in Egypt.

    For the first time, “Daman” is introducing a new direct model for SMEs and the Egyptian market, in cooperation with Egyptian banks. The “Enjez” program provides an easy, smart, and transparent opportunity for SMEs to apply for loans and qualify for the Central Bank of Egypt’s 5% initiative. This is achieved through an advanced digital loan application process and a dedicated platform for attracting new clients, while maintaining effective communication with SMEs.

  • Small and micro-project development Program
  • Funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) for the expansion and growth of the small and micro-enterprise sector through non-governmental organizations, the program includes three loan projects: (Small Business Development project-Development of micro-enterprises-collective loans for the most deprived groups (poor women).
  • Poverty reduction and job creation program
  • This program the result of joint cooperation through an agreement signed between the company and the Egyptian Ministry of Social Solidarity and the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs-the Italian international cooperation Farnesina. The objective of the program is to reduce poverty in the Giza Governorate by supporting the Association of Micro-enterprise development and promoting the company in order to facilitate the financing of micro and small enterprises.
