He began his career in the legal operations department of the Sharqia Businessmen Association, progressing to the position of department head. He then worked at the Credit Risk Guarantee Company (CGC).
Field experience in market research and branch openings from North Sinai to Aswan Governorate with partner organizations.
- He has served as a consultant and expert in microfinance and SMEs for more than 18 financial institutions and civil society organizations working in this field, through his work at the Credit Risk Guarantee Company.

I have participated in implementing microfinance programs for small and micro enterprises in cooperation with international donor agencies such as the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Italian Farnesina Foundation for International Cooperation.
I have participated in workshops and evaluations of financial associations and institutions in partnership with international and regional bodies, including:
Ernst & Young (EY) - The Financial Regulatory Authority - The Egyptian Microfinance Federation - The Jordan Loan Guarantee Corporation - The Central Guarantee Fund in Morocco.
I am proficient in preparing field performance evaluation reports and developing field work plans for service providers financing small and medium enterprises.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the development of the program's annual work plan with the participation of all jurisdictions and discuss it with the administrator-to present it to the Board of Directors of the company.
2. Oversee the development of financial and operational plans for existing service units under contract and the monitoring of their implementation in cooperation with trainers.
3. Design and preparation of training programs (basic training-micro funding management-planning-commercialization-internal monitoring-institutional evaluation-development of the Guide to the regulations.) Governance and decision-making-operational risk-training of trainers-the application of best practices in micro-finance-money management.
4. Participate in the development of the strategic Plan for the development of the company as a whole in cooperation with the Office (EY Ernst & Young)
5. Prepare the research plan and annual surveys on the new targeted areas for the operation.
-6-preparation of the current product development plan, the regulations and policies of the lending and business systems.
-7-strive to increase the efficiency of the operation of contracted service units with NGOs by providing technical support for real operational needs.
8. Monitoring of Program Operations management in task execution and analysis of service unit performance to measure variances

9. Participation in the preparation of contracts for local and regional agreements between the company and the partners of the program (non-governmental associations-the National Department for International Cooperation-USAID) .

2 - Supervising the study of the models of legal guarantees loan requests,
undertakings and conditions provided by project owners and others of
documents relating to loan cases and propose development and adjustment in
line with the objective of ensuring timely payment.
3- To provide opinion to the company's leadership on matters that require
technical opinion in relation to dealing with others or with employees in the
company or with different government agencies.
4. To examine the new laws promulgated by the competent State authorities or
the amendments to the existing laws and to identify the repercussions of the
company's work and to sensitize its employees about these repercussions.

and provide them with legal technical support to oversee the development of
the annual work plan of the programme's legal department and discuss them
with senior management for presentation to the company's board of directors.
6- Design and preparation (internal operating regulations-rules governing the
management of microfinance funds-internal control systems-institutional
malwarebytes – governance and decision-making – contractual risks).
7- Establish a system of periodic reports by members of legal units to analyse
the work of the legal department as a result of the company's legal procedures
for measuring and modifying monthly deviations.
