1- Compile sales forecast from sales team in Sales and Operations Planning Master Sheet by the 15th of each month.

2- Review estimated opening stock; by considering confirmed sales pipeline till end of the month, which to be deducted from stock on ground to be able to develop the supply plan.

3- Develop supply plan including the monthly production plan which is constrained by the minimum production runs and summarized with total quantity to be produced in tons and units & coordination with Misr petroleum in MOQ.

4- Review the Bill of Material for each product to summarize the total requirements from R&PMs & Check the availability of R&PM on ground stock vs. total requirements from R&PMs.

5- Prepare weekly production scheduling plan and issue production order on each Wednesday for the upcoming week; based on the availability of PM, Goods In Transit and production lines capacity and utilization.

6- At the end of month, preparing document sheets : production sheet and R&PM stock sheet.

7- following up packing lines through:

a- Quality of oil & PM.

b- checking the (induction-C) & weight on site.

8- Preparing products & finishing its documents for uploading from misr petroleum co.

- A production engineer responsible for the steps of manufacturing pipes and filters that are used in the field of water treatment & desalination, sewage treatment and work as site engineer at New delta water treatment plant.

- The engineer responsible for Sandblasting , painting , abrade and wash works , Follow up on the implementation of the required work, supervising the workers and the foreman on a permanent daily basis, managing relations with the client, delivering the project according to the agreed plan, and working on paint measuring devices such as: Dry film thickness (DFT) .
