Ensuring the availability of facilities appropriate to the planned work including workshops office accommodation, stores as applicable for the planned work
Assign the maintenance personnel based on the required work and their competencies and authorizations
Organize the maintenance personnel and provide all necessary support to ensure the completion of maintenance without undue time
Take into consideration the limitations of human performance to control of Man-hour Planning versus Scheduled Maintenance Work
Monitor and follow up the achievement of Turn around Time(TAT) required for the maintenance of the units
Participate in preparing plan for capability upgrading
