JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Responsible for overseeing Maintenance, Repair service provided to AH-64(D) in Egypt.
• Provides leadership and manages skilled workforce that include more than twenty qualified engineers and sixty technicians from all specialties (Airframe, Power Planet, Avionics ,Structure Repair ,…..) meets requirements of providing max serviceability for fleet.
• Managing available resources( human resources ,spare parts ,support equipment ,Tools)wisely to perform maintenance according to technical documents .
• Performing all inspections 125 hours-250 hours and Phase inspections .
• Develops and maintains scorecard of Key Performance Indicators (kpi's) and presents results to leadership in formal and informal sessions .
• Ensure all activities in back shop are carried out in accordance with manufacture procedures and quality requirements, including Quality Management System, Safety Management System .
• Manage and maintain a skilled workforce through timely coaching and feedback, cross-training, and employee development.
• Ensure that all engineers and technicians have work instructions, processes, equipment, and tools to meet unit goals and metrics.
• Lead small and diverse management team ensuring they are effectively managed, motivated and developed to attain EAF goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Reads and interprets manufacturers' maintenance manuals, service bulletins,technical data, engineering data, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
• Performs 125hour,250-hour , progressive, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections.
• replacing or repairing worn or damaged components .
• Adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections .

gJOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Perform Aviation Unit Maintenance (AVUM) for AN/AVS-6 Night Vision Goggles.
• Perform Aviation Intermediate Maintenance (AVIM) for AN/AVS-6 Night Vision Goggles.
• Perform Calibration & Adjustments for AN/AVS-6 Night Vision Goggles.
• Troubleshoot , Isolate Faults & Repair for AN/AVS-6 Night Vision Goggles.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• To identify malfunctions, remove, repair and installation of aircraft communication, navigation and electrical components. Strong electrical background.
• Perform analysis of routine electrical malfunctions according to standard shop practices using equipment needed to troubleshoot components.
• Perform repair such as replacing wires and connectors on standard electrical components.
• Install electrical and electronic components.
• Perform other related duties as required on aircraft.
• Performing preflight ,Post flight ,Daily & Phase inspection.
• Deployed with the Helicopter on the ship.
