  • Responsible for Complaint Normal and VIPs (from contacting the customer to solve the problem by conducting whatever problem need from radio actions to mobility actions).
  • Every quarter with the Area Owner developing the area to be well optimized in LTE by working on LTE problems
  • Overlapping problems (overshooting or PCI mod3 clash..Etc.) and Throughput enhancements
  • Handover problems (INTER-Freq & INTRA-Freq)
    Conducting VoLTE on Multiple Area with a lot of radio and Mobility actions.
  • Solve VoLTE Calls problems (Dropped calls, blocked call, failed SRVCCs,Etc.).
  • Make Sites ready for National Roaming by transferring it from Open area to Semi-Open area by applying function tests (LTE to LTE Reselection, CSFB, Fast return, Redirection..Etc).
  • Deep Analysis of VoLTE Signaling by DT logfiles analysis.
