Implement HRM software projects for the clients whether the solution is on premises or cloud based, while committing to projects deliverables and quality standards in order to build up a fruitful relationship with the clients.

· Conduct and identify client gab analysis.

· Set and schedule the Training plan with the client to prepare them to use system efficiently.

· Conduct training sessions to the client as per the plan.

· Discuss, confirm & document project plan with the client to confirm on starting date, ending date and project scope.
