· Conduct and identify client gab analysis.
· Set and schedule the Training plan with the client to prepare them to use system efficiently.
· Conduct training sessions to the client as per the plan.
· Discuss, confirm & document project plan with the client to confirm on starting date, ending date and project scope.
· Administer and verify data migration process, documents & sheets in order to upload the data sent from client side and avoid any dummy data.
· Follow up project progress with the implementation team and support them technically when needed.
