I worked as a sector head in the company to develop it under the supervision of the Ministry of Industry. The restructuring of the factory was studied, and feasibility studies for the development were conducted, increasing the daily production to four times the actual production.

• Worked as an engineer in the production department on the press machine, then promoted to department manager for 5 years
• Increased the number of machines to 12 presses, which I installed and operated
• Updated all the company's kilns during this period and increased the modern machines from Germany and France, completely replacing the old ones
• Appointed in 2012 as the Production Manager to oversee the production process until 2019
• During that period, costs were reduced, production increased, waste was minimized, and consequently, sales increased, reaching approximately 50 million euros annually by the end of 2018

• Design, supply, and installation of pneumatic and hydraulic circuits
• Complete hydraulic circuits have been designed for cement, steel, plastic, ceramic, and train companies, and circuits have been replaced for other companies
• A complete hydraulic simulator unit has been built at the Port of Alexandria, and this unit is now considered one of the largest training centers in Egypt

• Complete maintenance was performed on the machine equipment and gearbox unit, and the entire machine was adjusted, including the body, lifting devices, and electrical systems

• Maintenance and operation of all specialized marine equipment and general mechanics, including generators, refrigerators, pumps, air and hydraulic circuits, and workshop tasks
