- I manage three key projects: the development of Egypt's first Waste-to-Energy (WTE) power plant, the development of the largest green hydrogen power plant in the country, and the only sustainable clam shell breeding farm in Egypt.
- Green Tech Egypt is a shareholder in the Renergy Group Partners consortium, the development of the first WTE power plant (two more WTE power plants will follow) and the green hydrogen plant is often discussed by both organisations, meaning I effectively work for both Green Tech Egypt and Renergy Group Partners.
- The investment in the first WTE plant is USD 130 million, with a total investment of USD 500 million for the development of three WTE plants. The investment in the green hydrogen plant is set at USD 15 billion.
- I support and report to the management team by monitoring progress and providing assessments to ensure the delivery of project goals and targets.
- I work with a wide range of stakeholders from the public and private sectors, including technical partners, suppliers, and customers globally, as well as local entities.
- I ensured the on-time delivery of multiple milestones such as the Feasibility Study, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment, which are legally required in order to receive approval for the project construction. Moreover, I have worked on the Preliminary Design Phase of the WTE power plant.
- I handle the accounting for Green Tech Egypt and Renergy Group Partners, including managing all financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records and documentation, and preparing comprehensive monthly financial reports for review and analysis.

- As a project team member, I was positioned inbetween sales and consultancy and responsible for the planning, organisation and on-time delivery of new shop implementations (rollouts) software and hardware, replacements of hardware and requests for changes or development in the software.
- I was the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, acting as a liaison between colleagues from different departments and management, as well as for external interactions with new customers, partners, headquarters, and suppliers.
- During my studies, I worked part-time for Valk Solutions remotely, and after graduation, I joined the team again for a full-time position.
- Also, in line with my academic background and interest, I have explored the possibilities of a pilot of a mobile hydrogen refueling station in the Netherlands.
- For over four years, I have ensured business continuity and gained the trust of management and colleagues by addressing project challenges with professionalism and diplomacy.
