• As Construction Manager of Alpha Concrete Design & Construction, I am responsible for leading and managing all projects requirements, evaluate supplier quotations, and develop cost estimates to support budgeting and cost control efforts within construction projects

Ministries’ Building – Administrative Capital

• It is a Mega Project at New Administrative Capital that consists of four buildings
• I am completely in charge of one of these buildings, the area of the building is 3200 square meter, nine floors
• Managing all phases of the project from the start of finish works to completion
• Supervised all the construction processes and all kinds of finishes are implemented under my supervision with very high standards and great quality
• Responsible for coordinating between civil and MEP works in all phases of the project
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
• Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to
• Total responsibility for technical & construction support for all architecture items
• Manage and network the different project actors network of the project
• Perform any other related managerial duties as required

Samcrete Headquarter Renovation

• Monitored construction progress and implemented corrective measures as needed
• Created and implemented safety procedures to ensure all construction activities were completed
• Developed a proactive system for tracking and preventing safety hazards, resulting in a significant reduction in accidents and injuries
• Submitting drawings and details from consultant to be admitted in site
• Check drawings and materials to be followed by the project tenders and specifications
• Prepare and arrange all interim invoices for subcontractors and suppliers

Project area 1700 square meter-10 Floors consists of 72 Hotel Apartments, administrative and commercial units.

• Supervised the project from the conceptual design to completion
• Tracked project progress and supervised the building structure
• Made recommendations to solve sudden problems on site
• Arranged the clients’ meetings and ensured to deliver what they were promised
• Handled project budget and planned administrative tasks
• Managed the project orders and ensured the process and dates of delivery and installation

Nass Mokattam Academy.

• Renovated building of Young Starts to Nass Academy
• Converted the building to be a management building with a lounge area, five workshop rooms and classrooms for the students
• Checked all the drawings and the technical designs to ensure the accuracy of the work implementation
• Supervised contracted workers
• Provided technical advice and solved problems on site
• Ensured building sustainability

East Port Said Industrial Zone.

• Worked on three buildings from concept to completion
• Managed the building construction, which included concrete and steel structure
• Worked with a group of civil engineers, structural engineers, architects and surveyors
• Provided technical advice, and supervised the work quality
• Ensured that all the subcontractors’ packages are completes on time

Tuscany Pasta Grill Restaurant @ Patio Mall-5th district, Cairo.

• Was on charge of undertaking quantity surveying and managed all costs related to building and finishing works
• Was responsible for analyzing outcomes and wrote detailed progress reports
