My master's degree from Coventry University United Kingdom; it's MSc in Engineering Project Management. My background is that I am an architecture engineering student who graduated in Spring 2019. I enjoyed learning at Arab Academy for Science and Technology, Cairo Campus at the architecture and environmental design department, A RIBA (part 1 & 2) validated school of architecture. I am interested in "Project and Enterprise Management" because I am interested in a career related to project management. I am specifically interested in how an engineer can successfully manage an enterprise or large projects .

• Understand work scope, and quantity and familiar with logical sequences in terms of engineering, manufacturing and construction disciplines.
• Studying projects contract, and extracting the SOW.
• Preparing and following up on overall project baseline schedule
• Preparing WBS, and working with management, and the project team on the development of WBS for progress measurement, scheduling, cost estimating, and project control.
• Preparing, and managing overall master schedule integrating WBS using Primavera P6 software.
• Preparing cost estimation, and schedule bar chart plan considering all inputs (manpower, equipment, and materials) availability, production, and construction sequences.
• Developing, and updating resource (manpower and equipment) histogram weekly or monthly as required.
• Evaluating allocation of resources and providing recommendations to maintain required progress.
• Coordinating schedule for multiple projects, and incorporating information gathered into the overall project master schedule.
• Analyzing contractual matters, and earned value for projects.
• Developing, and implementing plan versus actual progress charts(histograms/S-curves).
• Tracking, monitoring, and forecasting progress of all activities and deliverables such as products, engineering documents, fabrication status, and construction of all disciplines.
• Preparing and updating three weeks, and one-month look-ahead schedule that reflects the priority activities.
