Geology and registered for a Ph.D., backed by PMP & RMP, Six Sigma Blackbelt, Digital transformation, Digital twins, Reservoir Geomechanics certifications, I bring 27 years of diversified work experience across various countries. My career highlights include exceeding exploration targets, contributing to major gas discoveries in UAE from 2020 to 2023, and successful collaboration with different operators and service providers. Skilled in both onsite and office tasks, I have demonstrated strong data analysis including FEED, team performance, and operation management capabilities. As a Performance Development Coordinator for a 200-member team, I have leveraged my expertise in digitization, IoT, and Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) to foster organizational growth. Specialized in geological analyses, drilling optimization, risk management, and reservoir characterization, my practice includes geochemical fingerprinting of reservoirs, reservoir geomechanics analysis, and advanced calculations for mud window and stress evaluation. Proficiency in Seismic, LWD, and Wireline techniques, as well as standard and advanced methods such as Depth equivalent, Ratio method, Rock drillable (D Exponent), and Effective stress (Sigma), underlines my integrated approach to geology.
