• My job as an assistant professor of Histology in the Histology Department, Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University entails fulfillment of the following responsibilities:
• Teaching tutorial and practical classes for the first and second years, medical students.
• Teaching lectures for medical, dentistry, pharmacy and physiotherapy students.
• Teaching practical classes for postgraduate medical students.
• Acting as an organizer for first year medical students in terms of supervising lectures and practical lessons, sharing in preparation of practical, written and oral exams and analyzing the results.
• A member of committee for Master in Histology 1st part.
• Attending practical exams and correcting of exam papers.
• Participation in seminars and journals clubs in Histology Department.
• Conducting experimental research work in the Department of Histology and participating in research work with other medical departments.

• One of the editors of histology books prepared by staff members for medical, dentistry, pharmacy and physiotherapy students in Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University.
• Shared in the establishment of the Scientific Library, Histology Department, Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University.
• Practiced using the image analyzer and digital camera for research work.
• Attended many of the Training Courses and Workshops organized in the Medical Education Development Center.
• Attending and examining M.D and M.Sc dissertation discussions held in the Histology Department.
