The main activities and responsibilities:

• Review Contractor’s baseline/ updated/ revised Schedules and prepare recommendation report to the contractor’s planning engineer
• Evaluating project and conducting project cost/ benefit analysis
• Effectively lead and develop the Estimating team to achieve Company and individual objectives.
• Planning, directing, budgeting, scheduling, monitoring, controlling & reporting different projects.
• Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes
• Perform project costing related reporting to the team and managements review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget
• Coordinate with contractor the interaction activities to ensure timely milestone achievement.
• Reviewed the contractor recovery plan and engineer’s recovery Plan.
• Provide the daily, weekly and monthly report to the client
• Prepare monthly reports for top management
• Close interaction with the project teams to formulate informed and logical master schedules to appropriate levels of detail and obtain information to update the schedule

Undertake true roles among the PMC team comprising different disciplines. As a Process Engineer, always held the leash of the design and propel others forward.

• Develop HEGLIG/NEEM/AZRAQ NETWORK
• Basic and detailed design for modification of neem co2 plan handle AG7 fluid
• HILBA flow assurance
• Basic design for diesel fuel unit
  The main activities and responsibilities:
• Preparation and finalization of Work Scope for Conceptual, Basic and Detailed Engineering Design
• Development of facilities scheme relying on the need as per client requirement. Conceptualize the idea and further develop the proper flow-scheme at its Process Flow Diagram Levels.
• Mature all design concepts into basic and detailed requirements. Ensured all necessary diagrams are made out and prepare the same for EPCC activities.
• Sourced out and issuing process information needs list. Ensured sufficiency of the data and help to embark on to design activities
• Led the preparation of the design basis memorandum, review, check and approve the DBM.
• Build up simulation model and perform the process design simulation,fine-tune and optimize the model for the best practice and according to the need.
• Preparation of process design, simulation and optimization. Preparing and issuing process flow diagram, process description, material and heat balance and basic mode of control.
• Performing process sensitivity studies for plant in term of change in feed composition, flow rate, and condition. Addresses any/all bottlenecks and
  advise responsive way-forward
• Preparation of equipment data-sheet. Review and issuance of equipment vprocess data sheet completed with process data and all necessary other disciplines information.
• Potent knowledge in static and rotating equipment design. Performing necessary sizing calculations, development of data-sheets and assist mechanical in making up the MTRs for procurements purposes.
• Preparing and issuing project equipment list. Ensure list is thorough based on approved P&IDs
• Preparing and issuing of piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID). Read meticulously the details and accumulate different disciplines inputs.Made necessary incorporation's and issued out.
• Reviewing of relevant supplier’s documents. Collaborate with different
  disciplines relevant to supplied items
• Performing technical evaluation for all engineering studies and ITB activities and issuing of technical evaluation report.
• Assist in preparing the ITB documents and ensure scopes especially related to process design is adequately addressed

Has been developed as a trainee through exposure to multiple programs, involving the essentials and extended requirement that are needed for the process discipline. The main activities and responsibilities
