  • Setting Parts policies (Ordering Policy, Pricing Policy, Costing Policy, 4th level Sales Policy, Discount Policy, Logistic Policy).
  • - Prepare annual parts business plan including (Purchasing Target, Sales Target, Gross Margin target, Ideal stock Value, Parts stock Turnover Ratio, ).
  • - Review warehouse capacity plan and established new require warehouses.

  • Follow up parts shipments (Sea & Air and Express) since invoices then departure from supplier port till arrive to our warehouse. Reducing lead time.
  • - Follow with Shipping Lines any obstacles.
  • - Follow with custom clearance agencies all the shipments waiting in port and suppling all necessary require documents to Egyptian Authorities (Emarks, Technical Data, Test Report, ILAC, ).
  • - Prepare monthly Incentive for the parts department based on KPI’s.

  • - Follow up opening LC’s till fully used then request close it.

  • - Arranging parts (summer& winter) campaigns (Accessories, Lifestyle, A/C, Retention, Tires, Brake).
  • - Planning local orders “ Oils, Tires, Painting materials,…etc”.
  • - Arranging parts price survey with competitors and take the necessary action. Then we request special prices from BMW if need.
