• Coordinate directly with the Egypt Field Manager to execute program plans within the assigned service area.
• Assist the Field Manager in communicating with various work teams to discuss strategic plans and ensure effective implementation.
• Monitor and support "Harvest Days" coordinators across governorates, providing guidance to overcome field challenges.
• Contribute to identifying and opening new service fields within the region.
• Build productive partnerships and relationships with local churches and public entities to establish projects that serve the mission of Christ.

• Develop a comprehensive plan for the "Harvest Days" program, including training sessions and major events, in coordination with participating teams.
• Ensure compliance with the church’s administrative and financial regulations across all activities.
• Manage the Reporting System, collecting data from teams to compile quarterly reports for the "Timothy Service."
• Supervise the execution of training programs, ensuring they meet their objectives and impact church leaders and servants effectively.
• Collect training reports from leaders and submit them to the Egypt Field Manager.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive database including training details, curricula, credit hours, trainers, and guest speakers within the region.
• Maintain ongoing communication with pastors and elders to communicate the vision of the "Harvest Days" program and encourage active participation.
• Support local churches in planning and organizing events, including following up on necessary official approvals.
• Oversee the organization and management of "Harvest Days" events and "Spiritual Formation Schools" within the region.
• Contribute to the administrative and spiritual preparation for program conferences, including pastoral retreats and large-scale events.

• Introduce the company to potential clients and making deals with customers.
