- As mechanical design engineer cooperates with electrical team to develop automation projects such as : AGV, Automated Conveyor system , Robot End of arm tooling , Linear motion machines, pneumatic gripping and suction systems and wide range of endless automation projects
- Using CAD tools and 3D Modeling to design , simulate and analyze best design for task on hands
- Using 3D Printing as Additive manufacturing tool to help build prototypes, working jigs and fast and accurate solutions for many automation projects.
- Using of SolidWorks different tools such as SolidWorks Simulation , Animation , Rendering Tools , BOM and other methods to help creates minimum possible error in manufacturing and assembly process
- Using FEA to analyze designed structures and define weak points of applied loads and redesign and eliminate risk of failure during actual loading of manufactured parts
- Work With Pneumatic systems in different applications either on fixed production lines or on Robot End of arm tooling
- Manage working technician staff and assign tasks per specialty and work along with them to reach needed results.
- Provide Needed documentations for manufacturing process to local and global vendors and follow up delivery schedules to make sure of meeting project time frame with high quality manufactured parts and assemblies.
- Worked within applicable standards, policies and regulatory guidelines to promote safe working environment
