Working with a team internal and external of the country in managing and securing confidential payroll files, ensuring data privacy, and compliance with regulations.

- Manage all aspects of the company's payroll process for over 2,000 employees.

- Apply tax adjustments in Egypt (income tax) and validating the accurate application of equations in salary calculations.

- Monitor for the quality balance of salaries to ensure that salaries are 100% correct.

- Contribute to and implement reliable Key Performance Indicators (KPI) management system to monitor and improve payroll performance.

- Attain a notable level of customer satisfaction when addressing payroll-related questions and inquiries from all employees through phone calls and email.

- Advance the payroll program digital transformation to online banking.

- Understand the requirements of our clients (financial management) and crafting financial reports in a sustainable manner with pre-announced deadlines.

- Set up the payroll calendar at the beginning of each year for both Egypt, Morocco and Dubai for all wage services provided throughout the year.

- Implement new and amended job offers, additional assignments, STI (short-term incentive), and Lump Sum according to the company's policies. "Total reward".

- Execute the legally mandated annual salary increase for all employees and join in the salary redistribution efforts.

- One of the initial priorities is to maintain the confidentiality of payroll-related information for all employees.

- Draft an expected annual budget for the company's cost for the next year.
