Job description

• Consulting /Commissioning/Maintenance:-
  ● Follow up the equipment to make an inventory of it with the
  contractors
  ● Follow the progress of all electrical erection works and make a schedule for the Equipment installation
  ● Ensuring that contractor following the drawings and finding
  appropriate solutions in case of need by the contractors
  ● Estimate and evaluate progress percentage for contractors
  ● Commissions and start up all equipments with FLSmidth
  ● Training for Client's workers and Engineers for maintenance &
  start-up
  ● Establish Maintenance system for Electrical/Automation
  ● Leading Site Cold Commissioning team for Electrical
  /Automation
  ● Preparing 1st time & 2 years Electrical spare part lists for the
  project
  ● Creating Electrical/Automation Punch lists
  ● AS Built Drawing Revision
  ● Maintenance for All Electrical / Instrumentation Equipment as
  site was in standstill for more than 4 years
  ● Commissioning ,Calibration & start up Electrical / Instrumentation Equipment :- LV & MV motors , Power Transformer ,UPS , Switchgears , LV control panels , Belt scales , weighfeeders , analyzers , temperatures sensors ,pressure ,level sensors
  ● Following Electrical/Instrumentation Audit for the plant
  ● performed All MV., LV , VFD's programming & testing
  ● Following All PLC modification s& HMI screens with
  Automation supervisors
• ● Supervised the activities of technicians, manage and control the installation and operation, and ensure the application of technical data and guidelines as well as safety and housekeeping directives
• ● Maintained clean and well-organized production areas to avoid violations or unnecessary work delays due to hazards or inefficient layouts.

Installation, Commissioning, Starting-up, Troubleshooting &
Maintenance (LV & MV Systems )

Responsibilities:
● Preparing and Executing the maintenance programs
(PM, PDM, CBM and RCM) for all electrical system.
● Create Master data File (MDF) for all equipments fitted in the
mill.
● Prepare the check list for the mill which covers all electrical
equipments in the plant with the standard maintenance activities
for each equipment according ISO recommendations.
● Auditing usage of spare parts, and accordingly placing orders to
ensure continual production with minimal idle stock. Reconciling
audited stock reports with the accounts department.
● Conducting daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance
checks and follows up of power and control equipments and
machines, to avoid unscheduled production stoppages

● Performed preventative maintenance to keep tools and equipment functional.
● Preparing and executing the measurement plan for all electrical
system using very updated measuring equipments .
