Job responsibilities :- o Monitoring and maintain the plant running at the steady state, following the samples results and Predicting for any problems
O Assist DCS Panel Lead Operator in starting up, normal shut down and in trouble shooting
O Develop the mitigation for the DCS/SIS inhibits and overrides and monitor its implementation
O Operating all the equipment in the most safe and efficient manner to meet required throughput, maximize yield and meet required quality specification
O Fill in DCS logbook to report all shift activities including abnormalities, preventive maintenance, and lab analysis
O Prepare shift report for areas of specific responsibility for submission to DCS Lead Operator
O Monitor maintenance activities within area of responsibility
O Sharing in the plant digitalization for more process controlling and adequate performance
O Share and suggest for any MOCs could enhance the plant safety or reliability
O Responsible for normal start up and normal shut down for CO2 compression unit including Steam turbine system, turbine condensate system, Vacuum system, separators, coolers and lube oil system

O Responsible for urea melt granulation including granulator , scrubbing system ,acid dosing , U.F dosing , ACT unit , Air fans (atomization, fluidization ,exhaust and fumes extraction) o Being aware for all HP and MP flush points to be done using HP/MP flush pumps to prevent carbamate crystallization and lines blockage
