  • I have been awarded the Vodafone star for my work and contributions at the customer experience department as a data scientist.
  • From the three projects I developed at the consumer marketing department, Two of them has been selected to be shown in the Vodafone Innovation Lab where Vodafone shows the very best projects that have been developed in-house.
  • My team and i were honored to receive the best graduation project award for our project (Foodobia) from the computer science department in the faculty of computers and information science-Mansoura University.

Client's Position:

  • Assessing the risk that a customer imposes and his credibility was taking a long time and a tedious process of collecting feedbacks from different stakeholders about the customer which was affecting the process and causes business losses.
  • I developed a dashboard that gathers all relevant information about customers from all the possible sources.
  • After gathering the data, I did data cleansing and validation to ensure the maximum data quality that the dashboard shows.
  • Sat with different stakeholders to hear their needs and further optimize the dashboard.

Stores' Cash-Exposure Prediction:

  • Machine learning models that predict cash in, cash out and exposure of cash inside cash-providing stores.
  • It helps to better plan for money we should cover the stores with to avoid dryness which will lead to money loss or worse which is customer dissatisfaction.
  • It enhanced plans accuracy by 15% saving millions and enhances customer satisfaction.
  • I was responsible for extracting, cleaning, engineering features, developing, and testing the model, and communicate the results with different stakeholders from different teams.

Location-Based Demographics:

  • The solution helps businesses to choose the best areas to expand their businesses based on the targeted customers profile they need, which will be provided by the solution.
  • Providing demographics relevant to 500*500 meters tiles in geo-spatial maps.
  • The demographics consists of valuable customer features like Gender, Age and Social economic class, number of customers working in the area, number of customers living in the area and number of transients.
  • I was responsible for extracting the data, engineering the features, estimating needed data based on statistical bases and producing the final data in a format that web development team can preview.

Foot-Fall Analytical Dashboard:

  • Based in the geometric polygons of different point of interests like clubs, malls and universities, I built insightful dashboard that enabled its users to get 360 view of specific POI vs its competitors regarding its visitors’ profile.
  • It enabled to know useful information about the position of specific POI against its competitors helping to strengthen critical business decisions.
  • I was responsible for gathering and preparing the data, developing the dashboard and deliver it into production.
