• Tanajib Community Expansion – KSA Large-scale residential development including 5 accommodation building types and 20 service buildings, fully finished with interior design works.Total Area: ~710,885 m²
• Rabwa Boulevard – KSA Retail and commercial complex divided into 6 zones comprising 41 buildings delivered as core and shell.
  Total BUA: ~16,800 m²
• CEER Admin Building – KSA Administrative and showroom facility for the first Saudi electric vehicle brand, fully finished with ID works. Total BUA: ~8,940 m²
• SOUL Town Locanda Hotel & Serviced Apartments – Egypt
  Residential and hospitality project comprising 5 fully finished floors including hotel and serviced apartments. Total BUA: ~27,000 m²
• Aqalat Smart Square – KSA Mixed-use service development delivered in two phases: Phase 1 with 7 blocks (A–G) and Phase 2 with 3 blocks (H, K, C2).

• Directed all on-site technical office activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications, timelines, and contractual obligations.
• Led a multidisciplinary team (QS, CAD, planning, procurement) to deliver coordinated, high-quality technical submissions.

  A landmark government complex built on (~108,659 m²) , with a total built-up area of 181,759 m². Scope included main building (B+G+8), service buildings, garages (1,500 cars), mosque, medical center, and infrastructure. Contract Value: ~EGP 6 Billion

• Reviewed BOQs, IFC drawings, and schedules to ensure alignment with project scope and contract deliverables.
• Performed precise quantity take-offs (Arch/Str) using AutoCAD and Excel, supporting accurate cost estimation.
• Prepared and certified interim payments for both clients and subcontractors based on verified quantities.
• Evaluated subcontractor invoices, variation orders, and EOT claims, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
