scope

• Oversaw all phases of the construction process, from initial planning to final handover .
• Create the teams, develop the objectives/goals of each and assign individual responsibilities.
• Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and laborers.
• Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams.
• Liaise between the construction and engineering teams ensuring the harmony between engineering team requirements and construction team deliverables.
• Monitor the work done by the sub-contractors, develop their performance and solve any related problems.
• Coordinate with the technical office for the best execution means and determine any technical problems found in shop drawings.
• Coordinate with Project Control Manager to set the effective project time schedule passed on construction activities and gradually updated in order to tack the necessary action.
• Coordinate with Quality Control Manager to set the Project Quality Plan, site inspections/testing according to construction activities and time schedule.

1- RZK field oil process upgrade ( 2020 ) install new separators , heater , FWKOD

2-Replace 80 KM for 12" oil shipping line (2019,2020)

3- new construct for 3 substation ( Separators, gas boot , storage TK . offloading system ) (2018,2019 )

4- AG new water treatment area • Process Buildings (Intake, multimedia & cartridge filters, Backwash & waste water, RO, calcite Contactor, Product, Generator and power house).Including dewatering, infrastructure, steel structure, piping (C.S, S.S, UPVC and HDPE), mechanical,
testing, pre-commissioning, HVAC and pluming works.

scope

• Supervision of contractors works including fabrication, installation, testing, painting, commissioning of Oil & Gas facilities, particularly Oil Storage tanks, vessels, associated piping and pipelines etc
• Mentored junior team members in piping system design, installation techniques, and best practices to build a skilled workforce.
• Supervision of contractors other discipline works including tank foundation, dike walls, pavement, drainage, fire protection systems, electrical and instrumentation etc. with support of respective discipline engineers from home office as required.
• Coordinating with Project manager and design engineers to sort out engineering issues arising during construction.
• Procurement Management Services to monitor the procurement, logistics, and storage,preservation of any equipment,packages involved Expediting and coordination services to follow up with vendors for the timely supply of documentation, equipment, and materials.
• Installation, testing, pre-commissioning & commissioning of various Static and Rotary equipment including pumps, compressors, package equipment etc.
• Progress monitoring and approvals.
• Checking and certification of Contractor's invoices with respect to the actual progress at site.
• Maintain latest copies of all drawings and documents at the site office.
• Ensure that works are carried out as per the latest & approved drawings and applicable engineering Codes & Standards.
• Ensure that proper Quality control is maintained for all the works being carried out at site.
• Material inspections, review and approval of Material Certificates etc.
• Witness all destructive & non-destructive tests, examinations etc. by the Contractors.
• Preparation of Punch lists for mechanical completion of Tanks, Equipment, Piping and Pipelines, including for fire water/ foam systems.

• Organize, manage a Contractor's supervisors and foreman depending on the size of the project and supervise the total requirement of Piping & Steel Structure construction and ensure that the safety aspect is observed on the project which by dedicating and control the responsibility to his Contractor's supervisors and foreman.
• Prepare Piping & Steel Structure Construction Procedures, Method Statements, Job Safety/Hazards Analysis, Lifting plan, Test procedure and Test package
• Carrying out inspection for all incoming materials, pipes , fittings , welding tools and installation tools.
• Fabrication &erection of pipeline with several pressure & materials (carbon steel, stainless steel , HDPE and PVC ).
• Managing above‑ground & under‑ground pipelines projects including welding,coating, excavation & trenching coating , lowering , back‑filling.
• Managing shut down activities at gas plant & oil process replace corroded portions and maintenance activities for static equipment.
• Prepare, monitoring daily Construction Documents/Reports
• Interface with field engineering, civil, rotating , electrical and instrumentation leaders to ensure the delineation of battery limit scopes are clearly communicated and understood by all stakeholders.
• · Monitored construction activities to ensure quality and safety standards were adhered to while achieving maximum work efficiency.
• · Planned work activities ensuring that isometric drawings, p&id's, equipment, and materials were available to execute project in a timely manner.
