Flick is the first Egyptian digital end to end cross border money transfer app, that allows people living abroad to send money back home instantly and hassle free. as a founder and head of innovation i am responsible for the following :-

1- Enhancing our partners network from private and public sector, through making deals and partnerships with bank such as (NBE, BDC,Alex Bank, NBK) central banks of Egypt and UAE, VISA, MasterCard, Egypt Post, Valify and many more)

2- Creating new features "continuously scouting the market for the newest ideas and trends that would better enhance our app and make it needed by the customers"

3- developing different business plans and GTM strategies" always researching the market need and how to penetrate the market in different countries in the best possible way"

4- Investor relations " by building financial and business plans, in addition to pitch decks that are vital for any investor meeting and when seeking fund"

• Help in managing running projects with related functions / teams (Marketing- Sales- Finance- Plant- After Sales- Nissan Japan) since ideation until delivering the product -
