My work, which is characterized by producing innovative video and social media content, has also led me to work as a videographer on many coverages, including the wars on Gaza, for more than 12 years.

Videographer and editor for Al Jazeera Palestine March 2021- Present

Videographer and editor for Al Jazeera Palestine online page. I have conducted field interviews and human stories to cover and report on the situation in Palestine, not just through news coverage but also through people telling their stories and experiences. Through my work with the team we were able to develop engaging and far reaching content that increased the page’s followers from 500,000 to 1,300,000

Shabab Live Jun-Sept 2020

Videographer and director for four short films as part of an initiative for Shabab Live project implemented by Filastiniyat organization and funded by the EU. This experience provided me with the knowledge and skills in directing shorts films that address journalist’s situation during the Covid-19 crisis. [AD1] The films were well received and reached xx views. 70 thousand views

Videographer for  the Arab Idol singer Mohammed Assaf (2014)

In this experience I was able to take part in production of a video-clip, which was different experience than news coverage. This helped me explore and learn more about the environment of artistic production of music clips

Videographer for DW TV channel (2015)

Videographer for Hikayat Felesteneya TV show and for Palestinians from Gaza TV show, I was responsible for the videography of the two TV shows, which developed my practical knowledge and skills in TV programme production.
