Through my work as a Unified Communications Engineer at Orange Business Services and at Orascom Construction PLC before that, I have gained a solid knowledge in managing and support networks and infrastructure.
Also I had the opportunity to develop my analytical and high troubleshooting skills. These two experiences had allowed me to combine good customer service skills as handling difficult situations, with advanced troubleshooting techniques.
Thus, I had the chance to develop, through my current post, leadership skills as I provide guidance for trainees and new members of my team.
