- Monitored all the media coverage of the organization, as well as key competitors' media, to assess our stand with the media compared to them
- Drafted several press releases that were published eventually to announce new product launches and significant information about the company
- Collaborated effectively with the media associates to handle all the information given to them and to handle all incoming media inquiries
- Supported multiple events including signage collaboration with a different company and a launch of a new service within the company (Touba)
