• Prepared a 40MVA Transformer Wall Opening Submittal for New Delta substation.

2nd rotation working as Procurement and Subcontracts Engineer:

• Used ERP software to receive several PR packages and create POs.
• Was fully responsible for Al Fardous package and scouted new subcontractors for it.
• Created comparison sheets for suppliers and subcontractors for many packages.
• Prepared light current and low voltage BOQs for New Delta 1,2 & 8.
• Handled LV package with ABB for Beer Al Abd Pump stations 7 & 8 until PO Issuance.
• Attended negotiation meetings with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Attended Egypt Energy to strengthen relations with suppliers and scout new ones.

3rd rotation working as Project Engineer in Project Management Department:

• Used ERP software to receive several PR packages and create POs.
• Prepared Project Charter, Stakeholders Analysis, Time Schedule, Subcontractor Plan & Deployment Plan.
• Prepared internal transfer requests and tracked material until delivery to site.
• Prepared vehicle requests for site services.
• Read contracts and prepared risk analysis for them.
• Prepared and followed up payment requests for subcontractors.
