Location: Prime spot in Kattameya on the Ring Road, connecting Maadi and New Cairo.

Composition: 30 residential buildings (3,966 units) and 8 commercial/administrative buildings.

Location: Strategically located at the entrance of 6th of October City, right in front of Zewail City and the Cosmic Village.

Water Features: The project features 4 artificial lakes, including the largest artificial lake on the 6th of October area.

Jogging, walking, and cycling tracks.
24/7 security and glass facades for all buildings.

Location: Strategic spot on the Ring Road at the entrance of Sokhna Road (linking Maadi and New Cairo).

Scale: Built on 43,700 $m^2$ with 2,479 units.

Structure: 2 levels of underground parking, a commercial ground floor, and 11 residential floors.

Design: Ultra-modern glass architecture by VDP (Vander Pas Design).

Concept: A "Mini-City" with integrated services, including a mall, health club, and 24/7 security.
