i was assigned a new role where i was responsible of analyzing the supply and demand of our inventory and allocating the vehicles to different selling channels of the company to reach the monthly targets.

My main tasks are:

• Creating dashboards to segment the inventory into different segments that provided real-time insights to ensure a healthy inventory with various price ranges through out the funnel from acquisition to selling and identifying the problems
• Responsible for the Pricing of retail for each selling channel (Retail and dealers) and publishing the vehicles on Sylndr's Website
• Responsible of Pricing the damaged vehicles in a way to maximize profits or limiting the loss on the vehicle and finding the optimal solution for selling these vehicles
• Over-viewing and managing our inventory
• Working closely with Finance team and decision support to assure we reach our margins and targets.
• i was also responsible of approving the overheads budget for each car and aligning with the refurbishment and workshop team as well as the the spare parts procurement team.
• Coordinating with warehouse operations team and supply chain teams to ensure on-time and cost-effective transportation of vehicles

• I was promoted to lead my own team of pricing specialists while handling their on boarding process and mentoring them
• I was also responsible of approving the overheads budget for each car and aligning with the refurbishment and workshop team as well as the the spare parts procurement team
• Working closely with the customer support team to answer all their inquires and handling the customers complaints
• I was also responsible for the pricing of retail
• Updating the tool needed to price to make the pricing process easier and prevent human errors

• I joined Sylndr as a Pricing Analyst for the acquisition, identifying the different models and different categories and options
• As well as researching and analyzing the data to solve any problems that may arise in order to promote a faster smoother experience for the customer
• Analyzing the different spare parts for the car and their costs and working closely with the procurement team to create a dataset for the spare parts to facilite the pricing process for the pricing team

• I was working on tracking our orders from the supplier, updating the target and putting in new orders to maintain a sufficient supply to make sales
• In addition to submitting the PIs to finance and analyzing the vehicles market

• I joined a one year graduate program offered by Ghabbour Auto ( Ignition)
• I was working on how to improve the car life cycle starting from making the car and placing the orders until its After-selling
• I had the opportunity to work closely with different stakeholders such as Manufacturing dep
• (CKD), Product Support and order management (CBU), Warehouse and PDI, After-sale, System and stock Control, Marketing and Chery Franchise manager in my different rotations
• I presented my findings to the GB Board of directors at the end of my program

• I completed a 1 month internship in customer satisfaction and quality management department
• I was mainly working on document control and internal process audit as well as analyzing client's data

• I completed a 1 month internship in Human Ressources department and administration department
