Handling Employee benefits including Medical Insurance “claims, reimbursements, approvals”
• Sending periodic reports to the top management as needed.
• Processing Interns and Genitors monthly payroll.
• Collaborating with the Accounting and Treasury departments to ensure timely payment of third party invoices.
• Counseling managers on employment issues.
• Assisting with the company wide committees including the wellness and activities, training, environmental, health and safety.
• Handling and coordinating the development of the HRIS.
• Developing the HR polices and Employee Handbook for the company.
• Conducting annual departmental meetings for manpower planning.
• Coordinating outside trainings.
• Maintaining the HR database.
• Sending monthly pay-slips.
• Handling all recruitment and hiring activities including office space and gadgets.
• Handling resignation process.
• Conducting Exit interviews.
• Conducting new employee orientation.
• Updating HR systems.
• Interpret and explain HR policies, procedures and Employee Handbook.

*Assisting on boarding Process, hiring process as following credentials needed , Signing Contracts, opening bank accounts, Medical insurance, contracts Renewal & Social Insurance issues

*Handling & Recording annual leave & balances for accruals as preparing charge sheets for penalty *Handling employee relations as HR letters
