Curriculum Development and Instruction:

• Develop and implement engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans and curriculum.
• Deliver high-quality instruction that meets diverse learning needs of students.
• Regularly assess student progress and use data to inform instructional decisions.
• Provide support and guidance to other teachers in development and delivery of curriculum.

Classroom Management and Student Support:

• Establish and maintain positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Provide academic and social-emotional support to students, addressing their individual needs.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with support staff, such as special education teachers or counselors, to ensure student success.
  Professional Development and Leadership:
• Coordinated with special education teachers to ensure accommodations were met for all students in inclusive classroom setting.
• Model best practices in teaching and serve as mentor to other teachers.
• Lead or facilitate professional development workshops and training sessions.
• Participate in school-wide committees or initiatives to support school improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on educational trends, research, and best practices, and share this knowledge with colleagues.
  Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Work closely with grade-level or subject-area teams to coordinate curriculum, assessment, and instructional strategies.
• Participate in collaborative planning and decision-making processes.
• Foster a positive, collegial work environment and promote a culture of continuous learning.
  Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records, such as student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
• Assist with development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
• Contribute to development of school's improvement plan and strategic initiatives.
• Serve as liaison between administration, teachers, and parents/guardians.

• Integrated cultural awareness into lessons by incorporating diverse perspectives and materials into curriculum.
• Collaborated with other teachers to plan interdisciplinary units that connected subjects and promoted deeper understanding among students.
• Continuously pursued professional development opportunities such as workshops or conferences to stay current in educational trends.
