- I have been handling logistics and operations for one of the programs at the office called EVAW "ending violence against women".

- My role is to provide all the needed planning and support for workshops, trainings and conferences held between the office and its partners.

Specialized in handling different initiatives regarding enhancing women rights in different governorates. - took a major part in launching the initiative of “ لاني رجل " by the national women council.

- Collecting and assembling a database of artists and talents with coherent and proper segmentation and

categorization

- Building and maintaining  long term engagement with existing and new talent

- Sustaining the company's PR image and maintaining consistency when representing our brand to and audience and clientele

- Initiating research for entertainment and and its application for different types of events

- Being a point of contact for artists and talent, as well as negotiating offers 

- Reviewing artists' contracts

- Managing and supervising the travel and booking process

- Escorting the talent and entertainment during events 

- Orchestrating a timeline and program of the event’s entertainment

Sakanat Studio is the first of its kind in Egypt. It is a studio and record store that serves as a hub for jamming sessions, sound production, recording sets, and buying and selling records. 

The space also offers a variety of different classes in Djing, Music Production, and Instruments.  

- Attending different conferences discussing issues regarding the Middle East

- Doing research about the consequences and affects of currents issues in the Middle East and how to overcome it 

- Writing reports that explore, analyze, and provide solutions for various problematic issues

- Managing all in-store and internal operations and projects, as well as handling the HR process for the employees. 

- Supervising day-to-day transactions as well as executing the ideas formulated by the founders 

- Recruiting and handling Volunteers and employees.  

- Hiring and training for a spectrum of the companies various events, such as: Sandbox Festival 

- Formulating plans regarding the roles of the staff during events, and implementing on-floor strategies

- Handling F&B operations for all the events 

- Handling logistics of artists 

- Reviewing and assessing old and new cases for the company

- Writing reports that identify weaknesses and mishaps in cases
