the equipments that was evaluated was :
1- Main Air compressor(GHH) that was driven by a steam turbine(SIEMENS) including a gearbox (RENK MAAG)
2-Synthesis GAS compressor from (NOUVO PIGNONE ) that was driven by 2-Steam turbines HPS + MPS from (NOUVO PIGNONE).
3- AMMONIA refrigeration compressor from (GHH) that was driven by a steam turbine from (SIEMENS).
4-2 Identical carbon dioxide compressors from (NOUVO PIGNONE) that was driven by a steam turbine from (NOUVO PIGNONE).
5- AMMONIA reciprocating compressor from (NOUVO PIGNONE).
5- All the auxiliary and relating equipments for the above mentioned trains including lube and seal pumps , condensate pumps and all the related static equipments such as condensers, interstage coolers, after coolers, oil coolers.
These equipments are now being prepared for major overhauling.
Beside all the above mentioned was the company man to all the related jobs for these equipments
Conducted a practical training on the following courses from EWS ( EGYPTIAN WELDING SOCIETY) :-
1-ASME II ( MATERIALS).
2- ASME V (BOILERS AND PRESSURE VESSELS CODE ).
3-ASME VIII (RULES FOR CINSTRUCTION OF PRESSURE VESSELS).
4-ASME IX ( WELDING, BRAZING, FUSING QUALIFICATION).
5- ASME B31 (PROCESS PIPING).
