• Work in partnership with the creatives, account management team, finance team, director and manage the pre-production, production processes with ensuring strong collaboration and high-quality content that meets the brief and guidelines.
• Set checkpoint meetings with all the assigned parties to discuss the brief and agree on the next steps and work on a detailed CPS on each project from prep till delivery.
• Work on budgets, negotiate quotes and timelines with suppliers and freelancers and manage campaign costs and invoicing with the finance team.
• Take full requirements from the directors, creatives and art directors and work on purchasing/renting all needed props and equipment for each shoot.
• Get everything locked and approved from creatives and clients prior to the shoots like shotlists, scripts, art direction, cast, wardrobe.
• Assign dates and timings and align with all the external parties (guests, talents, set designers, sound engineers, etc.) on the shoot date and timings in advance once the shoot is confirmed.
• Prepare all the equipment prior to the shoot with enough days as well as the set design to make sure everything is settled and ready for shoot.
• Help in hiring the best and most suitable suppliers/talents for each brief.
• Studio management and being responsible for all lighting and camera equipment, and all props with having a sense of ownership on set.
