- Promote, solicit and develop existing and new business relating to trade finance and commercial lending for SME business etc .
-Analyze customer data such as financial statements to determine level of risk involved for extending credit.
- Follow up the cycle where the clients are granted their requests, through the coordination with different concerned departments and divisions when needed.
- Develop and cultivate lucrative relationships with both new and existing clients through effective communication and exemplary interpersonal skills.
- Review executive summaries of facilities presented for renewal &/ increase for existing and new clients.
- Reports early warning indicators for both performing and non performing loans .
- Present restructure plans to regularize non performing loans .
- Perform regular quarterly visits for existing clients to ensure the flow of their business operations.
- Create facilities packages with extensive in-depth analysis of quantitative and qualitative aspects of the prospected client.
- Prepare facility structure reports for existing &/ new clients to SMEs credit center .
- Present facilities requests through scoring system for very small business clients.
- Advise the client to the credit enhancements their company need to keep it on the right track and reduce the credit risk.
- Act as the referral side to new retail accounts and potential payroll packages.
- Attract new potential SMEs clients , manage the relationships and grow the SMEs business line.
- Create credit memorandum for prospective and existing credit clients including but not limited to client's activity , facility structure , risk mitigation , financial analysis and industry analysis.
- Act as the financial advisor for the client, in managing his funds and utilization of the credit facilities.
- Create spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel & Moody's risk rating tool for daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
- Meet existing and potential customers and serve as the most informative customer contact point for general customer requests and achieve selling targets.
- Open and process all types of customer accounts. Verify and review account signatures, legal documents, and internal customer proxies.
- Administer and process cheques presented for collection.
- Manage the operations of safe deposit boxes and general correspondence of the customers.Take every opportunity to delight customers, sell the bank, and demonstrate interest in providing other services.
- Perform a range of office duties as requested by the relationship manager.
- Cash checks and pay out money after verifying the legality of documents.
- Count currency, coins, and checks received, by hand or using currency-counting machine, in order to prepare them for deposit or shipment to branch banks or the Central bank.
