Responsibilities :

• Preparing preventive maintenance programs and schedules for all electrical systems.
• Ensure that the preventive maintenance is done on time, follow up on the cleanliness of equipment, and inspect it.
• Communicate with the maintenance engineers and technicians to discuss the section problems.
• Directs, coordinates, and supervises the section team activities.
• Define maintenance department needs for budgeting and negotiate them with the direct manager.
• Analyze the causes of the breakdowns and find the root cause to eliminate them.
• Ensure proper day-to-day scheduling of works and necessary resources.
• Improving and developing equipment performance by replacing or adding in Hardware and Software.
• Preparing and developing Troubleshooting procedures and training the team on how to use it.
• Ensured compliance with industry regulations by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop standard procedures and policies to be followed by the engineers.
• Assist managers in management for daily, weekly, monthly, yearly production analysis.
• Evaluate and analyze current process metrics and performance to identify areas requiring improvements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly Overall Equipment Effectiveness ( OEE ) reports for molding line and core shop machines.
• Prepare weekly and monthly Stoppage Analysis reports for molding line and core shop machines.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up the installation of complete foundry equipments under the supervision of Gemco experts.
• Coordinates with Sub-Contractors / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
• Provide Sub-Contractor tools with a stable power supply On-site.
• Provide information to management about project progress, obstacles, and needs.
• Check and analyze sand plant PLC and HMI problems and give feedback to Gemco experts and the programmer to correct them.

• Carrying out all electrical works and equipment installation activities under the supervision of Disa experts.
• Check and analyze sand plant PLC and HMI problems and give feedback to the Disa programmer to correct them.
• Manages directly and provides engineering and technical support to all the electrical workgroups at the site.
