Analysis & Underwriting:

• Conduct comprehensive financial, industry and management analysis in order to assess the creditworthiness of corporate clients by analyzing financial statements, ratios, trends and all factors associated with the client.
• Review credit packages, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Loan Structuring:

• Work with my team members of Relationship Managers and Credit Analysts to structure appropriate loan deals that align with the client's needs and risk appetite, in addition to determine the appropriate loan terms, covenants, and conditions.

Credit Risk Assessment And Risk Mitigation:

• Assess the creditworthiness of corporate clients by analyzing their credit history, payment behavior, and overall financial stability as well as evaluate the company's ability to meet its financial obligations and repay loans.
• Identify potential risks associated with lending to specific clients and industries and Recommend risk mitigation strategies and actions to minimize credit risk exposure.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies.

Monitoring and Portfolio Management:

• Monitor the financial performance of existing clients to identify any changes in risk profile & ensure ongoing compliance with risk parameters.
  

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients & Understand clients' financial needs and align bank services accordingly.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with credit analysts to assess client creditworthiness & Structure credit facilities in line with risk parameters.

• Prepare comprehensive credit packages, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the client's financial profile.
• Present well-structured credit proposals to support informed decision-making by credit committees or senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their financial needs.

• Prepare and underwrite credit packages, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
