- Develop Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statement for all project activities.

• Monitoring Execution Quality

- Supervise daily site activities to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings.

• Conducting Inspections and Tests

- Coordinate with approved labs for testing materials like concrete, soil, etc.

• Daily/Weekly Reporting

- Document all inspected activities & Prepare reports for non-conforming issues (NCRs).

• Supervising Subcontractors’ Work

- Ensure subcontractors perform work with the required quality standards.

• Issuing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)

- record any deviations from specifications & monitor corrective actions until the issue is resolved.

• Attending Quality Meetings

- Participate in quality coordination meetings with consultants and contractors

• Implement and Monitor Quality Standards

• Conduct Site Inspections

• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).

• Coordinate Testing Activities

• Review Material Submittals.

• Liaise with Project Teams and Consultants.

• Prepare Quality Reports

• Support Final Handover

• Study the project contract document's (Time schedule, Project Design, Drawings, BOQ, etc...).

• Update the shop drawing log before sending the shop drawing to consultant for Approvals

• Preparing contractor and subcontractor invoice

• Quantity survey for all (Civil and architect, mech, electric) element
