● Focal point of contact for commercial customers in AAIB receive their instructions through different channels other than branches, validate it, and obtain necessary approvals, with follow up on concerned departments to ensure final execution on due time

● Main coordinator for customer channels to ensure timely handling of commercial customers transactions acting as middle office to ease the customer journey in the entire bank

● Work alongside the Large/Mid Corporates and SMEs RMs for managing middle office operations trade/non-trade relationship of existing clients & aim at enhancing revenues.

● Customer Transactional handling with ownership for borrower and non-borrower commercial customers supporting the bank relationship

● Looking after special treatment customers regarding service delivery, commissions, and one-off transactions

● Follow up on special conditions related to operating accounts (whether from corp./risk or CBE)

● Investigate complaints and the root cause

● Provide consistent feedback on all transactions/ transfers, trade ……

● Access and resolve customers problems in line with the bank procedures, compliance & CBE rules to ensure smooth follow of the circuits & time saving.

● Escalate any client incident or attrition to the Lead and the concerned RM to ensure proper alignment.

•Receiving inward and creating outward session to CBE.

•Processing all incoming cheques: Signature verification, Deduction process and auditing.

•Addition of outgoing collection cheques.

•Supporting other business units when necessary.

•Reviewing the physical outward cheques with the reports and amending the wrong data if any.

•Handling all the business cases: dispute cases, outside clearing rejection and CBE technical errors.

•Handling all CBE Requirements and Reports.

•Reviewing all the internal accounts and settle the differences on daily basis.

•Add the internal and external Banks, Branches Data (new opening, merging, etc....).

•Handling the CBE exchange file server (in and out).

•Handling all the issues with any external parties.

•Co-operate with Temenos team in implementing the project (Clearing and collection).

•Complete the Core Banking Module Training course.

•Preparing efficient test scenarios and conducting test process.

•Preparing end user Training Guides.

•Coordination between technical IT, management and the implementing company.
