-Responsible for budget/ End of service fulfilment and improving the recruitment process across the bank, or internal transfers and allocations.
- Plan & attend recruitment activities .
-Announce job opening/vacancy/ opportunities & publish announcements such as job vacancies &
internal transfers in accordance to concerned Head of Department recommendations.
- Conduct second interview with applicants to propose/recommend them to the appropriate hiring
department.
- Inform potential applicants about the Bank’s facilities, operations, compensation & benefits.
- Prepare required staff proposal for new branches after studying each branch’s staff and budget necessity.
- Manage the recruitment requests required from Branches/ Departments then study case in accordancewith received applicants and received transfers requests.
- Execute internal transfer process & develop plans to relocate staff .
- Collect budget from Branches/Departments at the end of each year to prepare recruitment plan.
- Maintain continuous knowledge of the employment legislation & ensure that all business lines managers are well informed/ briefed on any relevant changes.
- Coordinate with Head of Employment Administration to receive data on resigned staff in order to fulfill
vacancies.
- Recommend changes in the hiring plan and recommend applicants to business lines.
- Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the Permanent Supervision, Compliance and Money Laundering, Operational Risk, and Workplace Success Guidelines whenever and wherever possible.
- Ensure the correct adoption of policies and procedures in order to guarantee that the bank business is conducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal Rules and Regulations, as well as, International
- supervising and leading recruitment business partners to serve in fulfilling the hiring needs.
- Conducting regular visits to QNBAA network and diffrent departments.
-Conducting career meetings using CBI to the eligible staff.

- Partnering with business line heads/managers on regular basis based on career meeting’s staff
profiling to identify training needs that are required to increase the development and skills level
of employees that is accordingly shared with the “Learning and Development” team for
implementation
- Enabling individuals to identify and develop skills, strengths, resources, abilities, and strategies to overcome challenges and maximize performance.
-Reviewing 180-degree assessments results for entitled leaders and debriefing them on how to
further develop their holistic leadership skills
- Preparing and presenting career committees with Line of business
- studying and identifying functional promotions to the eligible and nominated staff with LOB and Managment
• Ensure the application of staff benefits (credit facilities, medical, HR Letter, National ID, training refund, transportation, meals, pilgrimage and mission allowances) in a proper time according to KPIs.
• Ensure the correct adoption of policies and procedures in order to guarantee that the bank business is conducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal Rules and Regulations, as well as, International Standards.
• Analyze medical expenses & conduct periodical statistics on usage and medical service providers ensuring that the medical policy is respected and well applied.
• Control & monitor all benefits scheme’s implementation within budget and in accordance to bank regulations.
• Research the new market trends for employee’s benefits practices that align with their jobs & requirements then, recommend changes or modifications to existing policies to improve the competitiveness of the Bank employment offer as well as motivate the employees.
• Ensure that all working documents are kept and organized properly in safe place.
• Maintain knowledge on the benefits practices within the market and of competitors.
• Responsible for evaluating the performance of personnel in the Unit. Recommend training and development requirements.
• Keep the staff at the highest level of skill necessary to meet needs and objectives, and may recommend that personnel be hired or removed from the Unit.
• Reviewing staff loans before validating.
• Preparing all NSGB employee staff monthly salary.
• Preparing bonus, profit sharing payment calculation to the employees according to the chairman approval and bank procedure.
• Dealing with payroll system using oracle application system.
• Preparing and following up any payroll adjustment in any of the employee salary item (Grade adjustment, allowance, work nature …..etc)
• Reviewing all end of service loans settlement for resigned or retirement employee.
• Preparing quarterly permanent supervision reports to be reported to S.G. (Societe Generale) Paris.
• Preparing HR Budget for NSGB subsidiaries.
• Preparing monthly reports concerning staff total expenses.
• Maintains confidential records and files (Penalties, Promotions...)
• Preparing medical IAS report to be reported to SG Paris.
• Preparing staff fund reports.
- Work as the first point in customer service at bank branchs
- Receive and analys the yearly target regarding all bank's products ( credit cards , loans , deposits , etc)
- Handling day to day customers complaints and feedback.
- Serving bank customers weither face to face or via phone
- Open individual accounts , issuing CDs , TDs, or other commercial deposts.
