• Lead an engagement with Etisalat Egypt to drive a Network Performance Boost program, the engagement generated 7 MUSD in SW Sales and turned into a practice, replicated in other markets across region middle east, that boosted regional SW and Services sales.
• Lead an engagement with Vodafone Egypt to execute a Network Performance Improvement service over Greater Cairo in 2014. The engagement was a break-in deal followed by recurrent deals till 2018.
• Lead a Radio Network Design and Optimization engagement with Vodafone Qatar to perform a multi-vendor service deal, developing the right technical solution with proper resources dimensions.
• Lead the technical track of an internal Net Sales Boost program targeting Ericsson’s top ten accounts in region middle east, the program generated tens of leads to boost HW/SW and Services based on radio network performance improvements solutions.
• Manage Ericsson’s Managed Service WCDMA Radio Network Optimization team – with both line and functional responsibilities as part of Ericsson’s Managed Service Contract with Etisalat Egypt – to achieve contractual performance obligations.
• Present in Jakarta 2013, Istanbul 2014, and Rio de Janeiro 2015 at Ericsson’s Global Radio Network & Optimization seminar, an event attended by ~ 500+ Ericsson experts in (RN D&O) field, sharing three success stories about developing business through improving operators’ Radio Network
