• Preparing Detailed Design Package and IFC and WSD Infrastructure for LV ,MV ,ICT & Security .
• Reviewing the BIM Models Electrical and Telecommunication .
• Preparing The Material Submittals For all the Electrical and Telecommunication Systems .
• Commissioning FLS Systems and Following up till the Final Handover to the Client .
• Following up in all the Procurement Process and the Store Status .
• Arranging Coordination Meetings with the All the Project Partners (Client-Consultant-Supplier) to increase the Communication between all the Project Engineers .
• Coordination with the MEP ,Interior Design and all the Project Displines .
• Apply The Time Factor (4D) by merge the 3D Models and its element With the Planning Starting and Finishing Date Using BIM Tools .
• Prepare The QS and MSR For Each Trades and Follow Up With Cost Control Engineer.
• Prepare the required builder works and coordinate it.
• Preparing SLD For Low Voltage and ICT & ELV Systems.
• Preparing Load Panel Schedules,Voltage Drop Calculations,Discrimination Study , Lux Calculation ,Earthing Cables Calculations ,Risk Assessment ,Lighting Control Sequence of Operation , Fire Alarm Cause and Effect & Commissioning Sheet ,Input & Output List for BMS ,Coverage area for WAP ,FOV For Security Cameras & Equipment List for Access Control .
• Preparing the Material Requests and Purchasing Orders for the Electrical items.
• Attending the Weekly Consultant and Owner Meeting.
• Follow Up with the Engineering Tracker and Procurement Tracker .
• Follow up and Assigning Tasks for the Site and Preparing and the daily and Weekly Activities and the Site Requirements.

• STUDY The BOQ, the SPECS, Tender DWGs and the Vendor lists of the project.
• Contact with the suppliers to get the financial and technical offers.
• Submit the RFI, RFP and MIR to consultants for any missing INF.
• Prepare the cost sheet with analysis of each item with overheads.
• Review design calculation and resolve technical problems.
• Work on documentation for all Site activities, submittals, drawings.
• Prepare quantity survey for all projects and create the schedule.
• Review the material request with approved drawing.
• Submit inspection requests to owner / consultant.
• Coordination of testing and commissioning activities.
• Oversees the procurement, purchasing of technical goods and services.
• Work on documentation for all Site activities, submittals, drawings and as built.

• Review shop drawings From Technical Office department and contact with it if there is any clash in the site.
• Coordinate with other Works and Activities (Electric Scope, Construction Scope, Plumbing Scope, and ECT).
• Prepare quantity survey for all projects and create the schedule.
• Review the material request with approved drawing.
• Submit inspection requests to owner / consultant.
• Coordinate with the contractor the manpower's and planning the next works based on the time Schedule and the progress of other activities.
• Review the material in the sites and prepare the PO For the next works.
• Prepare the Survey and Tracking Sheets for the Last Progress of the Project.
