• Plan the shutdown schedule and number of teams to achieve the Flange integrity management system and N2/HE leak test in shutdown time.
• Monitoring the execution to ensure meet the critical deadline.
• Review all shutdown reports and timesheets.
• Direct coordination of 120 personnel and I manage with my team to finish all shutdown activities two days in advance.

• Review pipeline calculation for Flooding, Gauging, Cleaning and Hydotest Pigging for subsea Pipelines.
• Follow up project execution and prepare all MOC’s.
