Financial Controlling

• Mapping legacy system chart of account & cost centers to comply with Nestle's Accounting guidelines.
• Carrying out period-end closing activities and checks the accuracy of the P&L.
• Calculate, validate, and post fixed and manual journal entries and accruals
• Analyze and validate magnitude reporting as assigned for submission to Nestle Centre

Balance Sheet Integrity

• Assign and track Divisional level review of balance sheet reconciliations

Tax and Audit Support

• Assist in gathering information requested for tax (sales or income) and audit (quarterly tax provision data) purposes
• Supporting in audits mission both internal and external, preparing reports required by regulatory agencies

Decision Support & Budgeting

• Modeling budget templates and measure to launch budget cycle on a yearly basis, Monitor compliance to set schedule and proactively plan in case delays in receiving inputs from operations.
• Dynamic Forecast and run reports which summarize company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses based on past and present operations, for analyzing discrepancies and look for recommending effective resolutions
• Monthly analysis of actual cost against comparable benchmark per stream
• Active participation in OPEX saving in support
• Conduct regular meeting to coordinate and align with key cost center owners on their budget proposals and provide financial support if needed.
• Providing support for the establishment of various types of forecasts (savings, prices, spend managed, P&L and balance sheet items, as well as dashboards to local management

• Responsible for setting budgeting and financial control system.
• Releasing yearly operation & capital expenditures budget, updated forecasts
• Managing finance role in procurement cycle in terms of budgetary lines availability and working capital requirements.
• Producing financial reporting packages, comparing actual to budgeted results at the end of each reporting period, and report on significant variances
• Analyzes and provides Department’s costs/revenues to determine each profitability and advise management on departments that are operating either at a loss or below acceptable profitability
• Propose enhancements and re-estimated budgets matching with rapid changes in the business environment
• Coordinate budgeting approvals.

• Organize and review the work of A/P transactions.
• Review and verifying transfers prepared by the accountants.
• Reconciling vendor’s accounts.
• Manages all Payments to vendors within the due date, Review and verifying all vendor contracts / PO.
• Follow up prepaid expense & the accrual expense.
• Maintain General Ledger reconciliations by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciliation entries.
• Preparing sales tax, withholding and stamp tax declarations.

• Responsible for monitoring and follow up all customers’ categories like: (Key accounts, Chains, Wholesale, Retail and catering).
• Preparing customers profitability margin report
• Preparing and providing customers aging reports & Customers SOA.
• Follow up payment collection based on customer’s credit limits Calculating & following up customer’s incentive and discount
• Investigate and resolve customer’s problems
• Reconciliation of customers’ accounts

• Contacted clients with past due accounts to formulate payment plans and discuss restructuring options.
• Researched and resolved customer claims related to shortages, discount violations and returns.
